Starting August 25, 2021 masks are required in all public indoor settings for all people born in 2009 or earlier (12+). It is up to the guests’ discretion, when seated, if he/she would like to remove their masks. Masks are required when in all of the Westin Bayshore hotel’s public areas (lobby, washrooms, elevators, restaurants, pool, etc).
- For guests attending the Lifted Hotel Festival presented by SiriusXM, on September 17 and 18, 2021, non-vaccinated individuals can stay at the hotel. Unfortunately, they will not be allowed access into the Hotel restaurants, Fitness Centre, Indoor Pool, and other areas as specified by the Provincial Health Order.
- Proof of vaccination will be required to access some events, services and businesses. Starting September 13, attendees must have at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine. By October 24, attendees must be fully vaccinated.
The requirement applies to all people born in 2009 or earlier (12+) and covers:
- Indoor ticketed concerts, theatre, dance, symphony and sporting events
- Indoor and outdoor dining at restaurants, pubs and bars
- Nightclubs and casinos
- Movie theatres

- There is a maximum of 4 guests per room, there is no room swapping. We do ask that you remain in your room during the event and do not visit other guest rooms, due to spread of COVID 19.
- One Bedroom Suites have a capacity of 5 and Two Bedroom Suites have a capacity of 8. Heavenly Rollaways are available for an additional $30 per room, per night, plus applicable taxes. Fees will be charged to the individual guestroom.
- Additional linen (bedding, towels etc.) is available upon request for a charge of $30 per person. Fees will be charged to the individual guestroom.
- Marriott Bonvoy member privileges will not be valid for this special event (room upgrades, early check in, late check out) however the ticket will count towards room nights for the year if Bonvoy number is on file. No Bonvoy Points will be awarded for this special event.
- Check out time is 10:30am, the following morning for this event.
- Any room transfers to be coordinated and organized by TFC.
- A credit card must be supplied at check in to order food during event or charge to your room.
- Must supply all guest names prior to arrival to bayshoregroup.reservations@westinhotels.com by September 5, 2021 at 5pm, names cannot be added or changed at check in. Not having names on file will result in guest registered to the room needing to be present for any additional keys or lockouts.
- Due to the nature of this special event, room stays cannot be extended. If you wish to extend your stay this will require switching rooms on the following day.
- Parking is an additional $41 (includes taxes) per night and located at the lot adjacent to the hotel. Valet service is not available at this time.
- Check in will be provided in timed tiers, if you miss your time slot, the hotel will get you in as quickly as possible however cannot guarantee it will be before other guests at later time slots are checked in.
- We are in compliance with BC Ministry of Health, Vancouver Coastal Health regulations, and Marriott Hotels of Canada. Hotel will continue to follow any additional measures put in place by Marriott International, in addition to the health authorities in our area.
- Please do not attend if you are sick or showing any signs of Covid-19 (Fever, Cough, Sore Throat, Sniffles, Extreme Tiredness, Difficulty Breathing) or if Self-Isolating. Your temperature may be checked upon arrival at the hotel. If it is determined that you have a fever and are turned away or unable to attend the show that a ticket was purchased for (due to COVID - 19 circumstances), there will be no refunds or credits - No exceptions. Ticket name transfers may be considered no less than 72 hours prior to 4pm of the show day.
- Masks or face-coverings are Mandatory in all Indoor Public Places in Vancouver. ie. Lobby, elevators, hallways, etc. Please bring your own masks or face-coverings and stay 2 meters apart from people at all times.
- Masks are not required to be worn while in your room within your household group.
- There is a strict maximum four (4) people per room policy in place from Hotel. All Provincial COVID guidelines, in effect on the date of the show will be adhered to. Any alleged violations will be brought to the attention of The Festival Company and will be handled accordingly. Violations may result in eviction.
- Two (2) People Maximum to an Elevator – From the same household or one family is in effect.
- Families are welcome to most TFC Promotions Inc. events as shows are all-ages, but please use Parental discretion. There may be adult content or language displayed. Please do not leave your children unattended in the room or on the balconies by themselves. Maximum capacity for rooms is 4 occupants, regardless of age. This is very important!
- Although the hotel is dog-friendly, Ticket Holders for this event will not be permitted to bring a dog, due to the nature of the event.
- No glassware on the balconies, no Leaning over on the balcony railings, no standing on kneeling on chairs. Do not throw or drop anything from the balcony. No smoking or spitting whatsoever.
- Filming of this event will take place on the premises. By entering the hotel property, you are hereby granting the rights for yourself to be photographed, recorded, broadcast or published.
- No Refunds or Exchanges allowed. Exceptions can be made for Name Changes. Ticket name transfers may be considered no less than 72 hours prior to 1pm of the show day.
- Valid credit card and matching ID must be presented at check-in (matching to what is in reservation). A $200 hold will be placed on the card, until after the room is checked after departure. Debit, debit/credit cards, cash will NOT be accepted.
- Distancing rules will be in effect in accordance with Provicial Health Guidelines on the date of the show.
- Everyone for the room must arrive at the same time & check in together.
- Excessive Noise after the event or obnoxious behaviour will not be tolerated.
- Hotel is a non-smoking venue. Cigars, cigarettes, Cannabis, pipes, electronic cigarettes or vape products are not permitted to be consumed in hotel. A $250 fine will apply for smoking, outside of designated smoking area.
- Any violation of these rules or inappropriate behaviors will not be tolerated and may result in immediate eviction from the hotel property and possible charges laid by the authorities or fines.
- All patrons of any TFC Promotions Inc. events or our Hotel Partners, understand and assume the full risks involved foreseen or otherwise by attending these events and hereby release, discharge and waive any rights to hold harmless in any way, TFC Promotions Inc., our Hotel Partners, Media Partners, employees, contractors, suppliers, partners or presenters related to any of these said companies.
- Hotel is open to non-Concert guests over dates of events, please be respectful of other hotel guests and their enjoyment of hotel and amenities.
- These rules are subject to change and will be communicated out as required by Hotel.

- A $4.00 delivery fee will be applied by the Westin Bayshore to any pre-sale purchase of food and/or beverages through the Showpass site. Fees will be charged to guest account day of event.
